Beautifully located in Björkfors village "the pearl of Kinda surroundings" between lake Björkern and Åsunden. Here you have a small boat ramp if you have your own boat. Otherwise you can rent both boats and canoes from us.

Slätbaken offers exellent fishing grounds. You can catch for example perch, pike, pike-perch, Baltic herring or even salmon.

Stegeborgs Hamnkrog is a highly regarded summer inn located close to the castle ruins. Wild boar is served on Wednesdays in July. Shrimp buffet every Friday. Boat and guest-harbour, bathing etc. are situated at walking-distance.

In lakes St Bjärn, Tolen, Ämten, Nedre Virken you can fish for pike, perch, crawfish. In lake Fetgölen you can fish for tench, rudd, pike, perch and three speices of carp.

Our lakes Nysjön & Lomgölen are always stocked with rainbow trout, here we offer nice put & take fishing.
