Scandinavia's southernmost wilderness. Hjortseryd is a scenic wildernesslike area located in the southwest of Småland near the small village of Vrå. Actually the mostThe surroundings is dominated by pine forests, mire and smaller lakes. 

Here you can fly fish for brown trout in small tarns and fish for perch and pike in natural populated waters. All fishing in our area are only available by reservation and are open for groups of 5 to 25 fishermen. We have prearranged fishing packages for both companies clubs or other group of people. You can also arrange your conference here at our site. 

Lake Hässjön, stocked with rainbow and trout, offer fishing for up to 10 people. Both spinn- and fly fishing is allowed.

Lake Abborrsjön, stocked with rainbow and trout, but also natural populated with perch and pike, offer fishing for up to 15 people. Both spinn- and fly fishing is allowed. Water is clear, sand bottom. Rich bird life in surronding forest. Well equipped cabin at the shore available for you to use.

Lake Flytjärn, small tarn for up to 5 people, fly fishing only, catch & release fishing for trout. 

We can also offer to arrange your conference in calm and stimulating surroundings. We have room for up to 20 people.

For our fishing guest we offer following accommodaion:

• Södergården, can accommodate 11 people in simple living. The beds are divided into 2 double rooms, 1 four-bed room and 1 triple room.
• Rydalatorpet 7 beds. The newly renovated old cottage in the middle of the wilderness without electricity. 7 beds in the cottage which you warm up with the wood-tiled oven. The lakes are within walking distance.
• Fållen The small meeting place in the deer enclosure offers 3 double and 1 single room with toilet and shower in the rooms. All newly renovated with modern Lidhultskök and a good cook, we conjure up the evening's dinner. Comfortable and smart meeting facilities in the house.
• Jägarhyddan 18 bed seats in 3 apartments. Available from 31th of maj 2010.

Spin- and fly fishing equipment can be rented from us.
